Name:Elizabeth Marie raye
Gender:Female
Age:16
Attribute:Ventus
Appearence:Liz is a fairly average girl height and weight wise, just reaching 5’6” when standing erect, and weighing somewhere around 132 lbs. Despite considering herself to be fat, Liz has a fairly nice build, a little extra around the edges here and there, and a somewhat pale skin she can’t seem to do anything about without preventing it from burning. Her best feature is, according to herself, her bright red hair, that falls down until a little past her waist, with a gentle curl at the ends, and because of this slightly wavy feature, Liz plainly refuses to put her hair up in a ponytail or bun; that’d just ruin it. Her bangs are considerably shorter, just long enough to brush over her shoulders, the bang on her left always styled to cover her left eye. Speaking of which, Liz’s eyes are beautifully almond-shaped, slanting upwards just the tiniest bit. Her irises are of a deep red coloration to almost purposefully match her hair, and not a day goes by that Liz doesn’t use a fair amount of eyeliner and mascara to make her eyes look bigger. The only distinctive mark on her body is, besides the occasional freckle, the tattoo of a pair of feathery, realistic wings upon her back, which reach all the way down to her midriff. Though traveling doesn’t do miracles for the amount of clothing you can carry with you, Liz’s wardrobe has always been limited. Her favorite outfits are those who feel the most comfortable, and often consist of a pair of simple jeans with a pale blue, vintage-like look, ripped in logical places due to being worn too often, together with a black, long sleeved shirt and a band T-shirt worn over that, the first mainly just for keeping warm. The band names may vary, but Liz’s favorite shirt is, without a doubt, her MCR one. Her shoes are usually in style with her outfit, being a pair of worn down, black converses, and Liz likes to keep her accessories updated as well – She has more than enough wristbands to mix and match to her heart’s delight, but most of the time settles for three on her left, and two on her right wrist. As a finishing touch, she seems to enjoy taping the middle and ring fingers of both her hands, the tape usually being black for the middle finger, and white for the ring finger.
Attitude:Despite dressing like one, Liz hardly considers herself to be a rebel – and she’s actually right. She doesn’t stand up to anyone as long as they are acting within reason, but as soon as you even look like you’re doing something unreasonable in her eyes, she’ll be the first to tell you off. Generally, she is a kind, laid back young woman with a fair amount of intelligence, who is quite stubborn and loves it when things go her way. Liz can stand being commanded to a certain extent, and because of the fact she knows what it feels like and how it can piss her off, doesn’t like commanding others or getting other to do stuff for her. A ‘hands on girl’, Liz is always up for a challenge or an adventure, but sometimes leaves her work unfinished, mainly because she loses interest. Having a slight fear of being around in huge crowds, Liz prefers being on her own with only a select group of friends of Bakugan, whom she views as equals and treats them as such. She does likes to express herself, and does this mostly through either writing, drawing, playing guitar or singing. Music makes up a fairly big part of her life; Liz claims she cannot live without a ‘daily feed’ and is thus hardly ever spotted without her trusty MP3 player, while making up the loss of a guitar by the use of an air guitar. Despite liking to be on the background, Liz is a fairly easy girl to get hyped up, and gets completely random when she does; she is knows to start quoting movies, expressing her love for fire and chocolate, and fear or seemingly normal things conspiring against her.
History:Elizabeth Marie Raye was born the fifth and youngest child in the Stokes family, to Cordelia Stark-Raye and Robert Raye. As a child, Liz had already shown a great interest in Bakugan, fooling around with her brothers and sisters like children are supposed to do. Despite not having an actual role model, as her siblings were meant to do other things, Liz cherished the dream of once becoming a Bakugan Brawler, her youngest brother Nick supporting her through thick and thin. As time went by and Liz grew older, he seemed to be the only one having faith in the young girl.
Her parents denied Liz’s requests to let her go on a Bakugan journey of her own when she reached the age of ten. They deemed the girl too young to set out on her own, claiming they had a different career already in mind for their youngest child. Enraged, but saddened most of all, Liz had to give up her dreams and obey her parents’ wishes for now.
Being the only of the five children still to live at home, the rest of Liz’s life was fairly boring. Her parents encouraged her to study and become a doctor, and the girl missed having the support of her brother. It was during this time that Liz met up with her current best friend Greg Stanford in school. The two of them bonded fairly quickly for the young girl’s doing, and were often found studying together, which Liz came to enjoy more and more. The combination of those allowed her dream to become a Bakugan Brawler to fade more and more.
Needless to say, Elizabeth was extremely surprised to see all her older siblings present her with a backpack, a fresh set of clothing, and enough money to ensure safe travels financially for her sixteenth birthday. Seeing the trust and support Liz was receiving from her siblings, her parents caved, and allowed the girl to set out as she pleased, on one condition: That she’d study while she was out. Liz, not seeing the problem, packed her medical books before setting out, obviously dragging Greg along with her, not wanting to be alone.
